"For a short stay in Venice, this accommodation was perfect. Communication with Luisa was very good. We had a problem with the shower which she dealt with the same day. Location was brilliant. A couple of minutes walk from the vaporetto. We found a wonderful local restaurant Trattoria Cea which was very close by and served authentic delicious food."

"Eliana is great to work with, our flight was delayed 5 hours and she had someone there late to check us into the property. The place is very nice and clean. It is one block from the tram stop to get in and out of Venice, it couldn’t be easier. This is a great place and I highly recommend it."

"The apartment has been renovated and is very comfortable and is kept clean. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Had trouble finding it in the dark, so suggest getting there during daylight hours. The Venetians that we encountered were very helpful and went out of their way to help us with directions. There is easy access to vaporetto stops and there are some restaurants and a bakery nearby. Not far from a grocery store also. We had a nice vacation there."

"We were 7 of us and there were three bedrooms and an open up couch. Very comfortable. We only stayed one night but it would have been excellent for a longer stay. Nice kitchen and eating area, two bathrooms and we were warned that after two showers we would have to wait a bit for more hot water. That was fine as most places we stayed in Italy hot water was a BIG issue. We are not used to that problem in Canada. The property manager communicated with us ahead of time and was waiting to let...

"The apartman is very good it was perfect for my family. we had only one problem when we arrived, can't check in because the cleaning company not started the cleaning of the apartman. we had to wait 3 hours after the 7 hours trip from Hungary with 3 children. Except this everything was fine. The beach is beautifull and the place of the apartman also. Emanuel was helpfull and very good host. We loved the big balcony door if opened the whole livingroom looks like a large balcony with see view."
