The staff’s friendliness and efficiency were highlights of the stay. They made transportation hassle-free by arranging cabs and providing arrival times and cab details. However, a few minor issues stood out: • Room Amenities: The lack of an iron and ironing board was inconvenient. • Laundry Service: Requested laundry service was not completed, even after a two day trip to Switzerland. • Cleanliness: Dust on the floors throughout the stay suggested rooms weren’t thoroughly cleaned. • Noise Levels: As occupancy increased, noise from other guests became noticeable through the walls, and a barking dog on the last day disrupted the calm atmosphere. Overall, Villa Neroli offers excellent dining, friendly service, and a peaceful setting. With improvements in cleanliness, amenities, and noise management, it could become even better.

A wonderful property located just steps from the historic sites in historic Florence. Walkable from the train station and close to excellent shopping and museums. Excellent and caring staff, wonderful breakfast included and don't miss the opportunity to reserve a hour in their relaxing spa. I highly recommend this property.
