"Location was very pretty. Property had everything I could need for my stay. The owners were great. I forgot something when we left and the mail back to me. I was very appreciative of this. The only negative thing I could say about the property. It is a little bit more difficult to get up to the bedroom and with your bags otherwise great. Thanks!"

Simply but satisfactorily appointed, the accommodations are great for a weekend getaway or a week at the beach. Newburyport and it’s many attractions and restaurants is a short 10 minute drive back from this property"

It literally looks brand new. Whoever decorated did a phenomenal job! All the little details really make it look and feel like a beautiful beach home.
