Scrupulously clean, comfy beds, plenty of hot water in the shower. Kitchen needs to be better equipped, for example with salad bowl and utensils, and bedrooms need to have racks for suitcases and chairs to sit in. "

"The house was very clean as promised. It has great potential if owners would update the furnishings of the house. While the furniture was very clean it was mostly worn out. Definitely not up to par with other properties we have stayed in associated with VRBO. The outside has got to be cleaned up. Abandoned swimming pool with tall brush growing up around it and what’s up with the junked Bass boat in the back yard. If I was a neighbor I would contact local government agency to get this yard...

It's a bit "Harry Potter" like, in a sense that it has corridors and rooms that connect up and down from different directions and It's very cool. "Four adults with four kids (age 5 and under) stayed comfortably for 2 nights to attend a wedding in the area. The beach was close by and very nice. Parking for large SUVs was easy. The bedrooms downstairs and living space upstairs was a very good layout for our stay with young kids; it was good to have that separation. "My husband and I wanted to go Whale Watching so we booked Erin’s house. The house was Perfect….warm, welcoming and so comfortable. Erin gave great ideas for where to go, what to do. Unfortunately a storm prohibited us from whale watching but we loved touring around Rockport, Gloucester and Salem. Definitely a great weekend "
