"We stayed for teo nights and had eveni g meals in the Bistro on both occasions. The meals were well cooked and presented. On the second night of our stay, there was only one staff memmber on duty in the Bistro, and it must be said that Brodie provided exceptional service that night. He was barman, taking food orders, collecting meals from the kitchen, serving meals and clearing plates away, and all with a cheerful and helpful manner... "

"Thank you for an amazing stay - from fulfilling our special request to helping us with different check in times. We appreciated the staff and the venue. Would recommend to anyone else wanting to be located centrally, in a nice, clean hotel with good staff and service. This was our third stay, and we’ll be back. "

"This was our second stay. Lovely hotel with friendly staff, very clean rooms, super comfortable bed,good amenities and Rundle street just a stones-throw away. The only not-so-great thing is the poor shower screen design - you end up with a very wet floor outside the shower cubicle that the bath mat really can't deal with. Other than that great room and hotel - would stay here again."
