Nice Staff and Room, but Some Room for Improvement
"Overall, it was acceptable. The staff was nice and helpful. I did have an issue with the door lock not opening easily and had to have a staff member assist me to get in. When I was checking out, the elevator was out of service, so I had to carry my bags down three flights of stairs, which was inconvenient. ..."

"Pool was covered up, and not able to use. Bed spring was broken on one side and very uncomfortable. There was no spa tub in our king bedroom as described when room was booked.
