"The worst experience!! They charged me 3 times the amount telling me the amount of the reservation was incorrect also the receptionist was very aggressive screaming at me. There was no heating in the room we slept at 17* C, also not clean, hair all over the bed.Now I understand why this hotel is poorly rated."
