The UHC PISCIS APARTMENTS residence is conveniently located on the seafront, right on the Paseo Miramar, just a few meters from the sandy Ponent Beach with a wide variety of beach bars where you can enjoy delicious local dishes or have a drink or a cocktail at sunset. Furthermore, Ponent Beach, awarded with the Blue Flag, offers excellent services such as the rental of sunbeds, parasols, disabled access, lifeguard posts every few meters, and a lot of parks and playgrounds for the kids. The apartment has a terrace overlooking the sea. The entrance to the building is at a lower level, so you have to go up one floor from the street (there is a lift). It can accommodate up to 7 people.

The UHC PISCIS APARTMENTS consist of a bright living-dining room with access to the large furnished terrace with stunning sea views, a well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), a master bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds, and a third bedroom with 3 single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms: one with a bathtub and one with a shower.

- Optional parking space (space for a passenger car of maximum 4.40m). Subject to availability. Not available from 01/07/2024 to 31/08/2024.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.
- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.
