"Firstly the staff at check in were excellent and secondly the room was lovely. The decor is stunning both in the foyer and the room. Everything was beautiful. Check out the next day was quick and easy. It was our first visit to Newcastle and will definately be back to stay for longer to be able to try the different styes of restaurants close to the hotel and take the walks around the parks. Can't wait "

"An outstanding hotel. While the facilities, beds, bars and room fittings (shampoo, conditioner etc) were all outstanding, the service shown by the hotel when it came to my EV was excellent. We arrived short on charge without a plan after a long drive. The concierge then outlined the Valet service which included normal valet parking and an overnight charge for $50. Outstanding value and service and make our subsequent trip to the nearby beach for a swim all the more enjoyable!!"

"Great place for a quiet relaxing couples holiday. The corner spa in the bathroom was awesome. Balcony overlooking the pool was a bit noisy depending on who was in the pool. The elevated pool deck was great. All the restaurants and Woolworths were an easy walk from the resort. We did miss the turn off into the resort as the sign was a bit small. It's tucked behind the bowling club."

"My bungalow was beautiful. Only problem was that I was the unlucky one who got Bungalow 1 assigned. That one is next to the bar/restaurant, so bit noisy until curfew. Plus everyone from the other bungalows had to use the gate next to mine to get to the bar & some people from the accommodation behind used that gate to get to the beach. So more noise and less privacy. If you exclude this, my stay was amazing. Underneath parking, beautiful bungalow and just a few steps away from the beach. Nice...
