This place has it all, hot tub, home theatre, pool table and foosball, home gym, electric fireplaces throughout, private outdoor patio with grill, and lots of room.

4000 sq foot with three large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it's the separate basement of a large, gorgeous home near mountains, ski resorts, hiking trails, water parks, reservoirs for boating, and many other attractions.

Each bedroom has its own fireplace, comfortable beds with company store top of the line down comforters and pillows, and there are 4 outside entrances for privacy. Full kitchen, with some coffee and breakfast food so you don’t need to go shopping or order food if you check in late.

Adjacent guest house if your group is larger or if someone wants quiet and privacy. Sleeps 4.

This is a basement where the owner lives upstairs. Makes for a bit of awkwardness when attempting to use the pool or spa as it’s a shared space with the owner. Sleeps 10 at the most on beds. Walkway to front door is very difficult to find and expect to get wet from sprinklers if you leave/arrive in the morning. Very nice house, very clean, a lot of amenities.

Cheryl is a fantastic host. Communication prior and during was excellent. On top of great service, the pictures do not do this location justice. It’s absolutely beautiful and comfortable. I would 100 percent stay here again. ☀️

It's a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood and the rental unit is the basement of this house where the host lives upstairs. It is very comfortable and spacious inside with gym, huge home theater, pool table, foosball. Access is through the backyard. Overall a very comfortable house, with less than expected privacy

Great home, very nice large basement!
This was a great experience for our teacher training retreat. Large walk out basement with comfortable beds, amazing theater room and fun pool. Great kitchen. We especially enjoyed the custom ice maker! No filtered water option in the fridge, this would be the only thing we would have liked. We just got bottled water. Host was wonderful!

My experience
This property was as advertised. Very beautiful house with great amenities. We really enjoyed our stay here. Too bad it was only one week. The neighborhood is beautiful and super friendly. Walking distance from everything and just a fabulous home. Everything was supper clean and uniquely designed. Also the Owner is extremely sweet and was incredibly responsive and was a text away if we had any questions. Will most definitely be renting this property again. I give it 10 stars!! Like renting from a beloved family member
We recently had the pleasure of staying in this amazing house. It was perfectly clean and in fantastic condition. The directions on how to get there were easy, although we learned that Google maps sometime takes you to the wrong address, we recommend Apple Maps. The place was decorated beautifully for the holidays which made it extra festive, nothing was spared and we so appreciated that as we were there during the holidays. There were beautiful pillows, lights, and festive decor. The beds were super comfy and the sheets just wonderful, especially in the master bedroom. The bathrooms were clean and well appointed. The hostess was simply incredible and always available for any questions. It truly felt like we were renting the place from a family member. I cannot thank her enough. The photos don't do the place justice, I think it looked better in person. We highly recommend it. There were some good restaurants nearby and some places to get take out. There is a grocery store less than half a mile away. It is about 30-45 minutes from the resorts but we were prepared for that.
