Sleeping arrangements

The unit sleeps 4. One bedroom holds a king size 12" memory foam mattress, offering a plush night’s rest. An air bed can be prepared for a fourth guest with advance notice. Room‑darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets create a restful environment year‑round. The bathroom is stocked with fresh linens and essentials.



Living & entertainment

A comfortable seating area and TV provide a relaxed spot for streaming or planning the next day. Heating keeps the interior cozy during Salt Lake City’s colder months, and a fire pit outside adds a simple way to enjoy cooler evenings.



Kitchen & dining
