Under renovation…was not informed about it and would not have stayed…dirty dusty and noisy… keys kept not working so had to get new ones many times..no one ever at front desk…room incomplete…no hangers or drawers or outlets by the bed..sink was backed up even though I was told it was freshly remodeled. One of the worst stays I have ever had.

Noisy. Smoke alarm in the adjoining room went off for ninety minutes before being shut off. The walls were paper thin. The facility is under remodeling construction, which was not advertised. The staff was real great.

Property was under construction and was not aware of it… all the workers were staying in hotel and could here them early working coming in and out… construction vehicles outside blocking entrances… Just overall not impressed

No microwave oven in the room. No plug points near the headboard for overnight mobile phone charging. Breakfast area was very congested. We were not advised it’s a connected room and noise come other room was disturbing. No shower side tray for soap storage. Room was clean, new carpet and new wallpapers. Calm area.

I found a bed bug on our last day on my blanket I was wrapped up in. I have a picture plan to post. Anyway I took it to front desk and she was young wrote it down and told me she would speak to a manager about possible discount. Gave her the bug in cup and I came back to ask for trash bag to put our stuff in we had been there 3 days by now and was scared bugs were in our stuff. I am a healthcare professional I can tell what a bed bug is and can tell it’s been eating something and was grown adult. Not satisfied with you will get a call and possible discount. I do have a bite mark and now have to disinfectant clothing and luggage before I go home. I want answers and some kind of conclusion before I update this post
