THINGS TO NOTE
If you use the grill, ensure it is left clean. A $45 cleaning fee will be charged for grills left uncleaned.

There will be a $95 fee every time that snow is removed at driveway and snow removal of the back yard patio and swimming spa area. The amount will be calculated at the end of your stay. (This amount varies depending on weather conditions) In the case you want to be in charge of your own snow removal, there are only shovels in the garage. Snow needs to be removed each time that it snows no later than 11 to 11:59 am. If there is snow after this time our crew will remove it. Therefore the $95 snow removal will be applied
Subject for expulsion if disturbing neighbors boundary areas, street parking, a party in the house or exceeding the Maximum capacity of the house which is 15.
Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $100 for the first hour, $200 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.
These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.
Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We aim to prevent any misunderstandings.
