GUEST ACCESS:
The loft comes with one covered parking spot in a gated lot. Access the space by first entering the condo and retrieving the gate opener. The building lot also has two visitor parking spots but is free to any other visitors so there is a chance they may be taken. Downtown parking payment hours at the pay stations are 8 AM to 8 PM (Monday – Friday), Saturdays there is free parking for 2 hours, and on Sundays, parking is free all day. There are parking meters right in front of the loft.
Guests can also enjoy the patio behind the building which includes a large dining table with six chairs, trees on two sides, and several loungers.
The lobby includes a bike rack.
PLEASE NOTE- The loft is on the 3rd floor and the elevator is functional. You can take the stairs and you are also welcome to use the elevator.
HOUSE RULES:
1) LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2) Occupancy limits: We do not allow more than 10 guests in or on the property at any time, this is a hard rule the violation of which will result in the removal of all guests from the property immediately without refund. You may be charged for any guest who arrives with you at the extra guest rate on our listing regardless if they stay overnight as well so please let us know if you will be having any other guests so we can send an alteration request or request for an additional guest fee. Just because it can sleep 10 doesn’t mean that all 8 are included in the base rate. There may be extra guest fees after X # of guests and they will be required to be added officially.
3) This is a self-check-in property: You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are being provided by VRBO through the house manual or welcome guide sent to you via email. You are aware that we have outside security cameras to monitor guest count and also for the safety and protection of our property. You also agree that you will not contact your Vrbo host BEFORE reading the house manual and the entire listing.
4) Fees: There is a $1000 fine if it is found that you have been smoking on the property.
5) Retaliation Clause: You agree that you are booking in goodwill with your host/co-host and that you will not attempt to damage your hosts business because you are unhappy with a ruling by Vrbo or the host in the event that you experience anything that you perceive is dissatisfying during your stay or if a resolution is not decided in your favor. You also agree to cover all legal fees in the event that a court proceeding is needed.
6) Quiet Hours are from 10 PM-8 AM.
7) By Booking a reservation you are hereby waiving all rights to pursue legal action against the owner or host for any injury or harm occurring during your stay, You understand and agree to accept liability in full.
8) You agree to clean up after yourselves and that our cleaning fee is not for heavy cleaning. You need to do your own dishes after use.
9) NO Pets allowed
10) We don’t allow mail delivery as this unit has no mailbox. Please use Amazon locker or equivalent. Please speak with the host first if you need to send mail.
11) Alterations/Changes: Once you have confirmed your booking, any modifications to the dates or guest count may be treated as a cancellation and therefore be subject to the cancellation policy. The host retains the right to charge for lost dates you have removed with an alteration of at least a partial amount to the discretion of the host.
12) All events at the property must be discussed with the host and will involve event rate pricing.
13) There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY ARRIVAL FEE if you are at the property without proper authorization from the host. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth.
14) There is a $100 gate key fee if the key is taken and not returned to us within a prompt manner.
These rules may seem intense, but we are very easygoing when our lovely guests follow the rules and 99% of them do. It's our pleasure to host you!
