The rudest staff the noisest hotel and an enormous amount of vagrants. The worst by far on day 14 or so of our cross country trip. Never ever a Sonesta again.

Property was clean and decent. It is across the road from Park nJet which is very convenient. What I didn't like is they charged for parking and I wasn't aware of this. It is not like it is downtown with limited space. They said all the hotels did this which isn't true because I stayed last week in a downtown hotel and they didn't change.
