This place is perfect for your stay in Salt Lake City!

THE SPACE:
You are booking the whole house and spacious enclosed backyard. There is a king bed, 3 fulls, and one twin. The main level has the king bedroom, bathroom, and full bedroom. The loft has a twin and a full. While it does have shorter ceiling in the loft, it is a very cozy spot. The house has Central AC but the loft is a bit slower to cool down so there is an additional portable AC unit in the loft for you to use.

This house location is very close to Central Park Community Center and is perfect for extra parking for your events. You are welcome to hold events on the property with pre approval and additional fees. It is a great birthday spot!

GUEST ACCESS:
You will have access to the entire single-family house. You do not share the house with anybody.

There is a long driveway on the side of the house and plenty of parking in the back of the house as well. Please note that the street is a bit slim so large trailers will have to be parked in front of the house as the turning radius is too tight to get into the driveway.

LOCATION:
Located in a peaceful neighborhood very close to State St, a main road in Salt Lake City that will get you just about anywhere.

EVENTS:
Occasionally we have guests ask if they can have a birthday party, a family reunion, or even a wedding at the house.

We do allow small events and you are responsible for catering and for cleaning up the yard fully after your event. You are welcome to bring tables and chairs for the backyard. There is plenty of free parking at the Central Park Community Center which is less than a block away from the home. Perfect for all your event goers! Please inquire about hosting events at the property.

PET RULES:
We allow (2) pets ! You must agree to: $25/night per pet fee, added to booking total (Please inquire about the pet fees for longer stays). Please also agree to a Zero impact pet policy (meaning there will be no sign a pet was onsite upon departure, you don’t allow pets in furniture or on rugs, housekeeper has no extra work as a result of a pet being there). You accept full liability for your pets. Please keep the pets out of the bedrooms.
Look forward to hosting you and your pet!! The location really is great for pets, especially with the park nearby.

Quiet neighborhood with a great location. A nice view of the mountains in the distance. Very low traffic - quiet at night. We found everything we needed on the property. If you need anything - there is a well stocked Family Dollar store located about 5 minutes away "walking" from the property.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Farmhouse. Jeremy touched base with us and was available for any questions we might have. The only disappointment, we encountered,was the lack of serving dishes in the kitchen. Our family loves to cook. With that being said, I would still give the place 5 stars.

Good value, conveniently located
We enjoyed our stay at The Farmhouse. The house was clean, the beds and furniture were comfortable, and the large dining table was perfect for our early "Thankmas" celebration with our parents and kids. The kitchen was reasonably well-stocked, but some of the pots and pans had been abused and could use an upgrade. A few more mixing/serving bowls would have been appreciated, too. Although it sleeps 8+, with only one small bathroom it would be a bit of a challenge having that many people stay there at once. We will definitely consider staying there again on our next visit.

Perfect spot
I was searching for a property nearby an event that we were attending this weekend for 7-8 people. This was exactly what we needed and more! The Farmhouse will be our first choice in the SLC area from now on. As far as the house we s concerned, it was clean, and well maintained. The house was fully remodeled, and nicely furnished. Upon arrival, there was a nice personalized greeting card in the living room, which was really nice! Jeremy went above and beyond to accommodate us, and messaged me during our stay to just to say hello, and make sure we were happy with the property. I will definitely recommend this home to my friends and family when they visit the SLC area. Thanks again for your kindness and hospitality Jeremy :)

The location of this 4 bedroom home allowed for a quick drive to the airport, Park City, SLC downtown, and walking distance to exercise our dog & a beautiful family usuable nearby park. Jeremy was quick to respond to texts and allowed an earlier arrival. The home was furnished with a large gathering sitting room and large dining table. Each day the Wifi worked perectly. All the ladies loved the bathroom hair products. We all shared one bathroom and it came with enough shelves and towels. We loved having in home laundry facilities and ready to use lau dry soap. There was plenty of free parking on site. Loved it.
