I had to pay for parking, and valet was the best option. The price difference between self-parking and valet parking wasn’t significant. As a courtesy, I tipped the valet, keeping five-dollar bills in my pocket. During my stay, I rarely left more than once a day.

We love the Grand Hotel; it's so beautiful! The only thing we didn't love was the uncleanliness of the city just in the adjoining blocks. We took a walk to the City Center area from the Grand and were disappointed and sad to see so much garbage all over the streets. We took that walk Sunday morning.

Everything was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is gorgeous. The food at Laurel was also perfection! However, the valet service takes a while and not the best service there especially for a high end hotel. But everything else was perfect

We loved staying at this hotel. The property is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The staff is top-notch and the dining options were very good. I can’t think of a hotel that I’ve stayed at recently that measures up to the Grand America. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salt Lake City.
