Not to mention it is only a 3 minute walk from this home to the beach!

Total bedding includes: 1 King, 3 Queens, and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa (Linens are NOT provided for Sleeper Sofa).

Additional Amenities Include: Private Pool (Pool Heated for an additional fee of $625), Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, Private Elevator, Recreational Game Room with Ping-Pong Table, High-speed Wireless Internet, 3 Smart TVs with Netflix, Hulu and Roku Streaming capabilities, Outdoor Stereo System, Enclosed Yard, Covered Decks, Outdoor Decks, Deck Furniture, Deck Swings, garage, Covered Parking, Ceiling Fans, Water Treatment System, Interior Washer/Dryer, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, & Dishwasher.
