The Ocean Club Resort resonates with southern charm. Built in the Charlestonian style of architecture, the open living space of the villas harmonizes with the magnificent maritime environment. All villas have fully equipped kitchens, 1-2 bedrooms, 2 baths, washers/dryers and balconies. As the coastal destination resort, The Ocean Club offers every amenity. Featuring 3 pools including a gated Oceanfront heated pool, Soundfront pool, and children's pool (pools are closed in the off-season), there is no end of things to do at the resort. For those who want to explore the Crystal Coast, shopping, dining, golf, eco-touring, charter wind surfing, fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities available nearby.

Ocean Club R 301 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, Soundfront Condo with views of the Bogue Sound! The Ocean Club has all the amenities you can ask for. There is a pool and hot tub for your pleasure. Each building comes with a private elevator. This soundfront condo has beautiful views of the water and a relaxing covered porch to enjoy during your stay. The covered porch has 2 ceiling fans to allow for a breeze while overlooking the water. With 1 King Size Bed and 1 Queen Size Bed there are plenty of places to rest your head! This beautifully decorated condo has great views! You can sit on your porch, relax, and listen to the sounds of the Sound! The living area has 47" HDTV with DVR and a DVD player. The Master Bedroom has a King bed, private bathroom with double sinks, tub and shower! Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed and flatscreen TV. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions and the Twin room features a built-in DVD player! R 301 also has High Speed Wireless Internet Provided!. Additional Amenities: 3 DVD Players, Card Table, Puzzle board, books, DVDs, and games.

Linens and Towels provided with beds made (weekly stays only).

No Smoking. No Pets.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Nightly rentals are allowed with a 3-night minimum (off-season only).

-PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Parking Passes. NO Extras. Boat Trailers are not allowed.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

Great Sound location
Pros: wonderful 3rd floor location in Ocean Club with fantastic views of the Sound, pier and pool. Spacious 3 bedroom with 2 nice bathrooms with good shower pressure. Lovely porch on the back with nice furniture. Nice beach access which was a short walk across the road. Cons: No soap (dish or hand soap) anywhere, had to bring own linens and towels (fine but didn't know I needed to bring bath mats). We brought own paper products, detergent, shampoo, etc. based on other reviews. The condo was not clean. Dead roaches in the kitchen, spills all over the fridge inside and out, hair in the bathroom and floors, black mold all over the inside of the shower doors in the master bath. Very dated furniture (fine it is a rental with all original fixtures, appliances). None of the TV's worked which ended up begin fine because we went to a friend's condo to watch the game. We have a ton of friends that own in Ocean Club and they were shocked at the condition of the condo. Great view but a very tired unit with old mattresses, pillows, furniture and bathrooms. 99% of the time we have rented anywhere (worldwide), the rental company or owner supplies the condo with a welcome packet including dish soap, detergent pods, trashbags, coffee packet, bottle of water. Maybe because we were only a holiday weekend rental but it really left us with a bad feeling. And there are NO instructions for the home...where to put trash/recycle, how to turn on the TV, where are the amenities, located, etc.

Ocean Club is nice
It’s a nice place. Good amenities and nice view of the whole sound from a porch for sunset. Our only hiccup was no toilet paper when we arrived. Perhaps we should have known to bring this and we will next time. Bold letters in the check in instructions with: YOU NEED TO BRING TOILET PAPER will help others. Enjoyed it. Thanks.
