The property was beautifully well located and easy to find. The staff is very friendly and nice! The only thing is we didn't have enough plugs in the room for our phones etc, but other than that nothing to say!

The spa services at this hotel were exceptional and extremely reasonably priced. My 2 1/2 hour treatment was the best service I’ve ever had and I’ve had many. The hospitality of everyone on the property was exceptional. The WiFi was a bit spotty yet who cares when you’re enjoying the beautiful setting. My only feedback was I ate dinner there twice which was good yet the piano player was a bit much for the setting…kind of loud and just not great. Something more low key perhaps an acoustic guitar player would more appealing be divine and I think people would be more drawn to the atmosphere.

Had a wonderful stay with a friend whilst visiting Chiang Mai. The pool area is really the best part about the hotel and we enjoyed it despite the water being a bit cool. Breakfast was good too!
