Right in the heart of Barra, the location of the hotel is great. The breakfast buffette was super complete. Bed and bathroom were fine as well

It is a very convenient location to go to the beach, a beautiful beach. The surroundings are night are a little tough, you have to take a taxi to be safe instead of walking around.

There were a couple problems in the room , the room was outdated , the hair dryer in the room didn’t work , the toilet flush did not work , the bathroom had problems shower box leaking water into the bathroom floor. There was no blankets , the sheets were very thin and cheap , the towels were old and stained . The T.V outdated and only had local channels , with poor connection. The good qualities, were the morning hotel breakfast, the location , staff were very kind, and the WiFi.

Expectativa x realidade. As fotos apresentadas no site não considezem com a realidade. Quarto muito simples. Hotel decadente.Só tem uma tomada no banheiro. Roupa de cama surrada. O ar condicionado não refrescou o ambiente. A entrada do hotel é cercada pela varanda de restaurantes onde as pessoas ficam conversando, bebendo e fumando. Aparência péssima. Na orla em frente ao hotel (Praia do Forte), a calçada cheira a urina de uma ponta a outra. O hotel esta com uma obra de barulho infernal que vai das 10 às 15 horas. No dia 09/10/2024, fiz check-in por volta das 14 horas e check-out por volta das 19 horas. Estava com 4 diárias pagas e deixei o hotel. Não me senti bem naquele lugar.

Café da manhã bom, estavam sempre fazendo as reposições, duas opções de sucos, presença de frutas variadas e doces. Café da manhã justo, pelo valor cobrado da diária. Hotel percebesse que ja tem certa idade, mas esta bem conservado. Ducha do banho quente e ar condicionado e frigobar gelando. Hotel precisa instalar uma rampa de acesso, para facilitar a entrada das pessoas q possuem dificuldade de locomoção, como também para transportar suas malas. Funcionários muito atenciosos e educados, boa localização de frente a praia, perto de opções para alimentação, mercado proximo e comercio em geral, alem de ser bem proximo ao farol.

Hotel muito bom!
Gostamos muito do hotel, retorno com certeza! A vista do nosso quarto foi espetacular! Apenas algumas observações: ALERTAR a respeito da escadaria! Quando fiz a reserva li muitas avaliações mas não li nada sobre a escadaria e minha mãe com uma certa dificuldade de locomoção teve que encarar 12 degraus . Acho importante ALERTAR também que a ORLA fica fechada a partir das 18h de 6af, o que pode ser um transtorno para alguns desavisados! E por último o hotel poderia cuidar do chuveiro x box , pois vasa água e molha o piso, o que para a minha mãe idosa, foi um risco!

Obras de grande porte no hotel
Gostaria de registrar que o hotel está passando por obras de grande porte. Eu so descobri quando cheguei ao hotel. Barulho intenso de 10 às 15h exatamente em cima do meu quarto. Muita poeira, prestador de serviço transitando pelos corredores. Enfim, a gente se hospeda em um hotel para passar as ferias em busca de descanso, de conforto. Sei que as obras são necessárias, pois o predio esta muito velho, mas infelizmente, não dá para transferir esse ônus para o hospede. A frase “desculpe o transtorno “ nao adianta. Para obra grande assim, o hotel tem fechar. Infelizmente, o ônus nao pode ser do hospede.
