A rede Andrade é excelente, mas o café da manhã é repetido o mesmo em todas as unidades!; penso, que poderia melhorar a qualidade, os hóspedes, todos reclamavam.

Hotel ruim, sujo, com baratas que aparecem toda noite dentro do quarto. Tirei foto, filmei, troquei de quarto duas vezes, não adianta. É estrutural, no hotel inteiro. Pecam demais na higiene. Experimente olhar por baixo da cama, para ter uma ideia da situação. Além de vários quartos estarem totalmente impregnados com cheiro de cigarro, porque os hóspedes não respeitam e a gestão pouco faz. Por causa do preço acessível e boa localização, está sempre cheio o ano todo. E aí piora ainda mais porque os elevadores não dão conta, sempre tem um desligado e outro quebrado. Dos três elevadores, muitas vezes apenas um está funcionando. Conhecendo o hotel feito conheço hoje, não vale a pena voltar mesmo pelo preço. Há outras opções mais limpas e com valor similar. Pontos positivos do hotel: o café da manhã é bom, apesar do medo com a higiene (a julgar pelos quartos e limpeza geral), a localização é excelente, o lugar é seguro, a garagem é ótima para manobrar e também segura, com porteiro 24h. E apesar de todos os problemas, os funcionários são muito atenciosos, solícitos e simpáticos.

Precisam melhorar alguns detalhes.

Ao chegar não sabíamos que as vagas eram menores do que a quantidade de carros. Então o carro ficou na rua. Quarto agradável, cama boa chuveiro, ok, ar condicionado também funcionando otimamente. Café da manhã de acordo com o valores da diária. Tudo fresco, frutas, ovos , pães, cuscus, café leite, suco etc ... Daria 10 ... Mas ... Fomos acordardados por volta de 8:30h, furadeira funcionando a todos vapor, funcionários falando alto no corredor, era um conserto externo de ar-condicionado e quebração total. E foi bem barulhento ao nosso lado do quarto. E do nada sem avisar , acabou a luz , banheiro no escuro, água fria , mas tolerável. E p fechar a arrumadeira não foi avisada que está vamos no quarto e entrou e estávamos com roupas íntimas na cama e demos um pulo. Se não fossem esses detalhes daria 10. Que pena. Se atentem aos detalhes. Obrigada

Foi bastante agradável, só sentir falta do serviço de quarto, tem frigobar porém, os itens de consumo ficam na recepção e não há telefones nos quartos para falar, tem que ir a recepção para comprar, fora isso recomendo bastante, o café da manhã é bem variado, quatros limpos e bem organizados e a localização é boa também.

O hotel atende a necessidade quando você procura uma estadia breve, e com boa localização. A estrutura do hotel deixa a desejar, o café da manhã é básico. O atendimento dos funcionários foi satisfatório. No nosso quarto havia um vazamento na pia do banheiro. Mas, ate que o chuveiro esquentava bem. E tinha uma barata na mesinha do quarto.
