"Friendly check in. I was traveling from another province with my pet dog and my intention was to return home the same day. Unanticipated circumstance caused me to stay in Tacloban overnight and i was uncertain where i would find a pet friendly hotel. My previous experiences staying at Summit encouraged me to begin my search there, thinking they could direct me to appropriate lodgings. I was pleased and surprised to learn that the Summit has accommodations for guests with pets. There is an additional fee for potential cleaning expenses and a substantial but fully refundable cash deposit of 5000p. Every aspect of my stay was as exceptional as I preciously experienced. "

"The hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent (friendly and accommodating). The only issue is there is not a lot of options for food as the city has no restaurant franchises. If you don't mind only eating local food from family run canteen style vebders? Then this is a lively place to visit."

"Room smelled bad. Air con didnt work. Desk service was completely rude. Room did not match description on Expedia and expedia did nothing to remedy anybof this. "

"Great value for the price. Good AC 👍 Hot showers 👍 Bring your own toiletries. No division on toilet and shower so floor is wet, no bathroom mats. But we were able to manage though. 24hr security and staff were all very accomodating. "
