"This hotel was great. The staff was so friendly and we loved they were all “real people” and weren’t in uniforms which made it feel way cooler. Better TV options would have been nice, smart TV or an option to watch a movie through a streaming device. Also, Expedia said there are microwaves in each room which there is not. Had to go to the lobby to heat up food. The coffee in the lobby was really good and a hot cocoa bar for the win! "
