"They didn't have a room so they "upgraded " us to an apartment 50 metres away, which was nice, but we didn't have all the hotel amenities directly although they were available for us (breakfast, pool etc) All in all it was good."

The service is very poor nevertheless the staff is very friendly and they try to do the best of the situation .
