I would not come back because they are not professionals. They just want to make you pay for everything When you book this hotel pay attention if you have a children 12 years old, they make you pay us and an extra person a minor to me. It’s 18 and under, but for them, it’s only about making money they make you pay as an adult.

I really don’t like the fact the business it’s not like you see the publicity When we have our breakfast at the morning, the dishes were dirty. The fork were not clean properly. They don’t know how to treat you as a customer. I have a bad experience I would not come back to this hotel.

Ficamos no hotel 3 dias, e nos surpreendemos ao entrar no quarto, pois não era tão grande mas tinhas duas camas, uma casal e uma solteiro, super aconchegante e novinho com uma ótima iluminação. A decoração do hotel é linda e ele é todo novinho, pintado recente e tem muito cuidado em cada detalhe. Cama confortável, travesseiros fofinhos, lençol tipo manta de pelúcia, maravilhoso. Banheiro perfeito, água quente e jato de água super forte só peca em um detalhe da água ficar meio empossada ao tomar banho mas isso passa despercebido diante dos demais itens avaliados. Café da manhã achei fraco pois servem as frutas já no pratinho tipo 4 fatias de fruta e só , tem pães, café, leite, chocolate e suco. No local do café tem vista para o mar. No terceiro andar tem um espaço com sofá, café , chás, leite e água quente o que nos ajudou bastante. Do lado tem vários restaurantes, simples mas com comida gostosa, tem que vende um misto de carnes nos salvou bastante, brasileiros né kkk. O hotel fica próximo do aeroporto deu pra ir a pé com as malas sem problemas nenhum, do lado da praia e Marina para fazer os passeios. Os atendentes são muito solícitos.

Hotel bom e modestio , cafe da manhã se resume a café e ovos , café e ovos com salsichas, feitos na hora por uma senhora , mau humrada , que mau te dá bom dia, caa fechada. Dos 7 dias no hotel, tive que comer isso, sem opção, café, um suco de pozinho ou água para beber para comer, ovo, as vezes, com sal, as vezes com salsichas, um dia com banana, outro dia com uma massa , tipo panquecas, mas se resume a isso e nao a mais , funcionaria muito atenciosa a Mônica, da recepção, trocou o josso quarto, pois a primeira noite , nao durmimos , pois o barulho da rua era como dentro do quarto, ficamos num quarto, com vidro especial que tirava o barulho da rua, que nao era pouco

O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo da praia e do centro. O staff é muito atencioso e gentil. Quarto amplo, muito limpo, com água quente o que é um diferencial em San Andres. Cama e travesseiros muito bons e confortáveis.Ar condicionado. O hotel disponibiliza água e café o dia todo. Café da manhã simples, mas com o suficiente para começar o dia. Se quiser, são preparados ovos mexidos na hora e sanduíche de queijo e presunto quente. Adorei o hotel e se voltar a San Andres, vou me hospedar lá novamente . Super recomendo você se hospedar neste hotel!

Ao chegarmos tivemos problema no checkin. Fizemos o pagamento antecipado e, aparentemente, o hotel nunca tinha operado dessa forma. Tivemos que entrar em contato com o suporte para que pudéssemos entrar no hotel (levamos mais de 1h para resolver a situação). Acredito que tenha faltado informações da hotéis.com para que o hotel soubesse como operar. Os quartos ficam no 2o e 3o andares e não possui elevador. Ficamos em um quarto triplo (apesar de sermos um casal) e achamos beeem pequeno. O café da manhã era ok e o atendimento sempre muito bom. As senhoras que atendiam no café sempre muito simpáticas. A cama era confortável, mas a ducha muito fraca. A localização do hotel é excelente, perto de tudo. Tem supermercado e drogaria próximo. O centro fica bem perto. E tem dois ótimos restaurantes beeem perto (el peruano e la marina - indico muito!).
