"This hotel actually turned out to be better than expected. Hotels in the main street closer to the ocean were three times more and we only needed a clean place to shower and to sleep and we got that. The room was small but comfortable and clean, there was a kitchen in the hotel with coffee/tea/water. The staff was friendly and we felt safe (maybe only the walk to the hotel from the main street was a little dark and lonely). If you are looking to save some money snd don’t care how professional...

"Stayed at Los Frayles for one night. The hotel is in a great location and walkable to everything in the town. The pool was lovey, rooms were clean and staff were friendly. There is no elevator so you will have to carry your luggage up stairs to get to your room unless it’s on ground floor but we were ok with this."

"We love that this hotel has many amenities. Museum, tennis court, pickleball court, water sports, spa, beautiful pool area. The food is amazing but there is only one restaurant. And while not super important, it is noticeable that the rooms do not offer any special body soaps, shampoos, conditioners. And body lotion is not available at all. This is quite unfortunate for a 5 star hotel. Even most of the most basic hotels offer these amenities. "
