I would like to mention that the service at the hotel itself was excellent. The service at the 1 Watson restaurant on the rooftop was horrible. I went tonights there for drinks on friday night and the chose to watch the superbowl there and the service for both nights was horrible.

The staff was great! However the room was really hot and didnt seem to ever cool down. Also dont believe the price of the room they have a ton of hidden charges. Room was set at $190 but ended up paying close to $400. Not worth it in my opinion. We wont be going back.

FRONT DESK GUY NAMED TYLER-WROTE THE WRONG ROOM NUMBER ON OUR KEYS AND TOLD US THE WRONG ROOM NUMBER SO WE SPENT 15 MINUTES TRYING TO GET INTO SOMEONE ELSES ROOM-NOT COOL AT ALL-THANKFULLY NOBODY WAS IN THE WRONG ROOM AT THE TIME BECAUSE IT COULD OF TURNED OUT VERY BADLY. DURING BREAKFAST THEY ONLY HAD 1 PERSON WORKING SO FOR 18.00 A PERSON THERE WAS VERY LIMITED FOOD OPTIONS OUT AND LADY KET SAYING THAT SHE WAS THERE BY HERSELF TO HELP THE 30 PEOPLE THAT WERE ALL TRYING TO GET FOOD. THE PARKING SITUATION IS HORRIFIC!!!! VALET HAD TO PARK VEHICLES 8-10 BLOCKS AWAY AND WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 45MIN OR LONGER TO GET OUR CAR SO WE SHOULD SELF PARK-WELL IF YOU HAVE A LARGE VEHICLE -DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TRY TO PARK IN THE GARAGE-VERY HARD TO NAVIGATE WITH A LARGER VEHICLE.

Property right on riverwalk the asian fusion next store and tiki bar both served up delicious drinks. The hotel also offers a rooftop reagaurant with nice views. Room's on the smaller end in comparisons to other hotels in the area.

The hotel was nice, the staff very helpful! My husband and I were in San Antonio for my Mary Kay Leadership Conference. The hotel was 6 blocks from the Convention Center. Uber was a great option on the days you did not feel like walking. The staff Abby was awesome! She let us know about the light show on the Church! Beautiful to see and just across the street!
