Completely private apartment with private entrance, porch sitting area & no shared spaces. Neighborhood is safe and residential, very walkable 0.5mi from Pearl, Riverwalk and the Strip. Professionally decorated w new kitchen appliances, countertop and bathroom. Large bedroom has King memory foam mattress & ensuite bathroom (rainfall showerhead). Full sized sofabed in living rm. Full kitchen includes microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle. Enjoy meals in the breakfast nook or front porch.
The space
We love that we can walk to the best of San Antonio from this quiet residential neighborhood property- the Pearl (upscale shops & check out the Sat/Sun Farmer’s Market!), the Strip (nightlife with bars, clubs, restaurants and shops), the Riverwalk are all located 0.5mi from the home. Within a mile radius excellent restaurants and shops abound (see our “Best of SA” AirBNB Guidebook for our recommendations). The unit includes the front porch sitting area, perfect for morning coffee & paper (or phone scrolling!) and people watching. This is a friendly neighborhood with a wonderful mix of long time residents and young professionals.

Comfy bed- had great sleep which isn’t always a given when you’re away from home. Window units and fan keep the property at a pleasant temp. Water pressure was good. I utilized the fridge and stove to cook in some - there were plenty of dishes and cookware.

Great location to downtown San Antonio
My husband and I enjoyed a three night stay at this location. It was an easy drive (or if you want to brave the heat- walk) to downtown San Antonio. There were plenty of food and brewery options around the location. Jennifer was super quick at responding! I would suggest if you will be spending a lot of time in the home, it was a bit small. But if you were like us and just needed a close place to sleep (it was a comfy bed) it was great! The shower is a bit small but it is an older home, it was manageable. The neighborhood was quiet but the last day of our stay there were others who stayed in the upstairs space, they were not disruptive but we could hear them a bit. We were very thankful for that window unit AC as it kept the room very cool in the Texas heat. Again; if you are spending a lot of time in the home, it may be a bit on the warmer side in the living space- it does have a nice fan to cool it as best it can. Overall, for what we were needing this was a great place to stay.

Clean and functional with a fantastic host!
The home perfectly suited my needs. The mattress is VERY comfortable, and the home is well appointed. The host was wonderful and accommodating. The AC was powerful, but is only present in the bedroom (the living room has a ceiling fan)

Your property worked out perfectly for me. Everything i needed. Great neighborhood as well. If i had anything negative it would have to be the size of the shower. I'm not a smaller man and it was a little tight for me. I got used to it though. Thanks again for the flexibility in getting me in on short notice and being able to extend my stay. That was very helpful. I would definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

A Fantastic Vrbo stay
What an exceptional apartment! Beautiful space, all the necessary amenities and a truly prime location. The welcoming, responsive hosts also made our stay truly enjoyable. Their hospitality was outstanding, and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient experience.
