This is a poorly done renovation. The floor in my room was really poorly installed and felt hollow and loose under my feet. The rod in the closet was rusted. The toilet did not flush properly. The main door in the room was thin and not insulated so I could hear people standing outside talking the whole time. Both light bulbs in the reading lights were burnt out. The towels were thin and old. Overall the quality of the room felt very cheap. I would not recommend this property to anyone and would not stay here again.

Place is close to Riverwalk and the Alamo, they charge you for the parking lot which I think it's absurd if you are staying in the hotel. Room floor was dirty but beds are comfortable. There are too many homeless around the area, but the hotel is cheap and you get what you pay for.

My room was clean but the stench inside and around the facility was horrendous. It smelled like nothing but sewage around the whole place. Also,I had to cross the street to check in from the actual hotel I was staying in...they have two facilities but they're separated from one another,one office. If a problem occurred,you'd have t cross a busy intersection just for a staff member to help you. Also my door wouldn't lock from inside,so that made me extremely nervous. I had left for the day,thinking the housekeeping would have given me fresh sheets and cleaned up the room,throw out the small trash I had,but that didn't happen. I came back to nothing but my bed being touched. Bed was made up half ass like literally,and they just threw the pillows there. This place is the most disgusting and trashy hotel I've ever encountered. And to make things worse,when I came back later in the evening after the "housekeeping" was finished with my room,I couldn't get back in,my key wouldn't work. So there I go walk back across the street to the hotel clerk to help me,I walk up and there's no one there. I call....no pick up. So I just stood there waiting for a good 10 minutes alone waiting for someone to assist me. The hotel clerk finally comes in,I tell him my card doesn't work. He doesn't apologize for keeping me waiting or for my room key not working. He reactivates my key,I ask him if he sure it will work?? He looks at me and says I don't know?? This was just bad,so dont waste your money.

Location was good but that is about all it has going for it. When we booked the king suite said it sleeps 4 but when we got there it had only one bed, no sofa couch, no roll away. No way can 4 people sleep there. I know they sweep the rooms, but a good mopping would be great. Can't they hire someone to clean the parking lot? Also no mention of paid parking when booking - $16. I guess you get what you pay for. Won't be going back, have booked a different hotel when we return in February.

Nasty!!! Hair, what looked to be blood stains on the beds and other areas of the rooms. Unswept!! Mulitple rooms because the guy took us through many of them. Dont think they put new sheets on between guests. Did not stay there because of how gross it was. Still was charged for the night. Very unsatisfied!!

The rooms were dirty, One Suit we had to change as the room/bed/sheets were full of hair. The fridge had left over from the previous guest. Very elementary breakfast. When I requested one room late check out, they refused and said only till noon is late checkout. More frustrating was the fact that when I asked to check one room early (2 days early), they refused and misguided/cheated me that this was not possible as I was coming through Expedia. The Hotel gave me their General Manager's email for this issue and that GM has not responded. I contacted Expedia and they said as per the policy, I could do this, they were surprised that the hotel misguided me.

1. The pictures on the website do not look anything like the ones on the website. 2. When we got there to check in there was a guy just chilling with the receptionist. 3. This is property is a non-smoking and we had the cleaning lady smoking right outside the room we got. 4. While we were parking 2 people were fighting over parking. 5. The surroundings are not safe. We asked to speak with a manager and he was not around, let my info for him to contact me and it has been 5 days and no returned call. 6. We ended up going to a different property because the staff, the property and the area are no good. 7. We contacted Expedia and all they had to say was lately we got a lot of issues with this property but they keep selling not caring about the customer or family's safety.
