Property was great, but breakfast was a little different. Eggs just didn't taste right, but other than that it was good. Upstairs neighbor always seemed to be loud when trying to sleep. Sounded like they were rolling around the room in their chair all night. Staff was great and nice.

I really wish this property was cleaner because it’s so close to the Frost Bank Center. We’ve stayed twice here. The first time we found trash under the table and forgotten toys by our bed. This time some of our towels were dirty, there was a very dark hair in one of the “clean” towels. The sheets didn’t smell very well either. The hotel itself has so much potential. The staff is super friendly though.

The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise. It helped with the limited options for dining in the area. The room was okay. The towels looked old and need to be replaced. The light switch was weird as the main switch also controlled the tv and desk light. The staff was awesome and very helpful. They were ready to assist anyone who needed help.

We were relocated to this hotel after receiving a cancellation due to “unforeseen circumstances” from the original condo property in the Riverwalk area. The common area of this 2-bedroom suite does not even have a sofa or any chair or table. Freezer was leaking. The lighting of the unit is very poor at night. No daylight and only dimmed night lights. The staff are friendly and helpful though. Hot breakfast is decent.
