Vehicle was broken into. GM was onsite but didn't know where the cameras were located and unaware that the camera facing the parking area was blocked by his newly planted palms. Asked for refund and he was absolutely against it. Even refused when Expedia and Hilton Honors called him. Unprofessional attitude towards guests.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious. The beds were supposed to be queen but they looked more like double beds. The room did not have a door between the living room and the bedroom, so privacy was an bi issue.

Worst hotel service ever
The service at this hotel was terrible. We had 4 rooms. One of the rooms has no AC turned on and it was boiling and stinky with chlorine smell. The bathroom door could not close. There was cockroaches. Another room had same issue with bath door, the sink was not draining properly. Even after reporting the issues we're not fixed and was told to wait for next day. Next day the staff told us that they can change room when you come back to hotel you can move things to new room. However we got call at noon that we must move things to new room or allow them to move which we don't want. 2nd day in breakfast we asked if the omlet contains any meat. The kitchen staff said there is no meat, however when we ate we found pork in it. This is absolutely terrible , violating religious beliefs. On every occasion they said manager will contact who never contacted. Never go I this place again
