The house was great. Exactly what the listing says. It is very close to Sea World. Only 25 minutes from downtown (Riverwalk and the Alamo). Communication with the owners was excellent. They were very responsive. My family had a great time.

Family Fun Time
We stayed over the thanksgiving weekend and had a great time. We had the pool heated and picked up a the whole works of a thanksgiving dinner from the HEB grocery store less than a mile away… it was a great time. Not every day you get to swim on thanksgiving.

Awesome weekend of family fun
My family and I enjoyed our weekend of fun at the property. Could not ask for a better October weekend of great weather and the kids enjoyed splashing in the pool. Our guest contacts were very helpful providing entry instructions prior to our arrival and their response to any of our requests and questions was done in a quick timeframe. It was a nice property and definitely a place I would recommend.

Great Spot!
This location was amazing! It was literally 5 minutes from Sea World and about 15 minutes from Six Flags. Airport is maybe 20 minutes away depending on traffic. Tons of food spots nearby. Hosts were extremely communicative. Pool was great for my child and the house stayed cool all day. Definitely would stay here again!

Great communication wirh the host. The helped us qith all our needa and had very quick responses. The hot tub was great and we really enjoyed the pool. House had everything we needed. Also nice to have access to the garage for parking.

Terrific stay
This place is perfect for a family or a couple of families, especially if you plan to visit Sea World. The house was really clean, had numerous nice updates, and was very comfortable. Host was very responsive. It has a great kitchen and a fantastic deck, pool, and hot tub. Less than 5 minutes to Sea World, which was a big bonus when we were exhausted after a big day there. Would highly recommend this house. You won't be disappointed.

All that we expected plus more
As grandparents we took grandkids saw it had a pool and requested a booking. Arrived kids saw how beautiful the property was and we had to talk them in to leaving and going to Sea World the reason for the trip. Easy access in and out. Minutes from anything you needed.made memories and if we visit sea world or the vicinity it will be are place to stay!

Great house close to Seaworld
A well appointed and very clean house, close to Seaworld. We found everything we needed in the kitchen for some home cooked meals. H‑E‑B plus is very close by, as well as several small restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt safe. The back yard with the pool and hot tub was lovely. The communication with the owner was very timely and very clear. We hope to return in the future.

Amazing house
I recently booked a vacation rental through Vrbo and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Sun, pool and Fun!
Great house for family vacation with the kids. Close to Seaworld. Not far from Six flags. House has room to stretch out in. The best is the pool and backyard deck. Tired of getting out?…just come home and hang out by your own heated pool. Owners were amazing- A huge storm came though while we were there and the owners checked in on us to see if we needed anything-we thought they were so amazing and caring to do that. House is showing a bit of age but she is well cared for, well stocked and has a great lay out. Close to freeway.

house was not clean, grass not mowed, baseboard dirty, house had a bad odor, outlet in bathrooms did not work, outlet by Kitchen table not working. Water down dish soap, kitchen sponge old, cutting board old, too much to mention, not pleased with stay at all, left Saturday after one-night stay. :(

Perfect home away from home
Our stay was wonderful at this property. Hosts, John and Eduardo, were very attentive and quick to answer questions or help with anything needed. House- very clean and well maintained. The homes has everything you would need, from pots and pans in the kitchen to extra pillows and blankets in the closet. Plenty of space in the home too. Pool/deck- The pool was very clean and a beautiful area. The yard is a good size. Easily play yard games and let the kids run around in. Nights on the deck were our favorite. The entire yard and pool area is lit up with solar lights. It is beautiful. We enjoyed many meals on the deck too. Neighborhood/location- The neighborhood is quiet and a nice area. Minutes from groceries and other stores/restaurants. Seaworld Is just around the corner. An easy commute to downtown attractions.

Pretty house & pool near SeaWorld
We really enjoyed this cute, clean and cozy house, in quiet neighborhood. Everything you could possibly need in kitchen, lots of extras in the house. Very convenient location to Sea World, H E B Plus grocery and many restaurants. We used the pool each day. Reached out to guest contact person with a few questions and response was immediate; very nice host. On our last night there we discovered the pool toys in storage chest. The chest had several inches of water still in it from previous renters. All together a great rental experience, would stay again. Karen
