Omni La Mansión is conveniently located on the Riverwalk. There are restaurants and shops located close to the hotel, so you don’t have to walk much if you don’t want to. The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. We love staying here when we’re in San Antonio.

We used to love Omni. It was busy this trip and the staff did not know how to handle how busy they were. They were stressed and rude/dismissive. We travel with our 2 dogs and we do everything we can to unload and load our vehicle because our dogs love to interact with people and this could pose a problem, if they got loose. The staff rushed us as we tried our best to get our things loaded and our dogs loaded. We won't be coming back to this Omni when we do our annual SA trip.

We immensely enjoyed our stay at this Omni during the holiday season. We had a Riverwalk view which was spectacular with all of the holiday lights and music. There are so many great restaurants within walking distance that it was hard to decide where to dine each night. We really loved Blitzen's the pop up holiday bar in the hotel. It was such nice, warm holiday feeling with fun cocktails. The only downfall was the parking. We opted for the pricey valet, but decided we should have gone with the self service across the street, because the valet service was very busy and therefore very slow. Special shout out to our Bellperson, Avery who was so friendly, but professional and even laughed at all of my husband's corny jokes.
