Charming 1 bedroom 1 bath suite just 2 blocks from the lake & park with beautiful walking trails! Centrally located only 4 miles to the medical center & 4 miles from downtown. Hardwood floors, YOUR OWN private fenced dog run and bbq area. Dogs allowed (see house rules for rates). No cats, sorry. Washer & dryer on site and free. This is a duplex, but units are totally separate w/no shared areas. If you are moving to SA, Raquel is a realtor & we offer a moving package. Ask for details
