Cozy Home just a 5 minute drive from Downtown San Antonio, Riverwalk, AlamoDome, Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center & The Pearl District. Our home is located in the Historical Downtown Community with plenty of charm & character. We have a park just down the street in case you decide to bring your kids or dog. We have a front & back porch where you can drink your morning coffee. We have plenty of private parking for 4 cars, trailer & RV on our property. Very clean home, HVAC & Heat. Full kitchen available for guests to cook meals. We provide Fresh Clean Towels & Sheets for our guests. Ring Camera & Alarm System, Free Wifi & Smart TV.

Pets are allowed on a case by case & there's a pet fee. Please message me if you're bringing a pet. No Cats due to allergies. Thank you

Cool house with great histoty
We loved the house - perfect for us. Thanks for info about history of the property. It was a little bit far to walk to Alamo/River Walk - especially when it was 100 degrees. Great to have suggestions on cheap parking.

This property is perfect to stay at while in San Antonio! It had everything we needed and we enjoyed relaxing in this cozy house for the time we were in town. Host was super communicative and addressed every question I had in a very timely manner. Highly recommend staying here when you visit!

Sons Air-Force BMT graduation
This little house was perfect for my daughter and two of her friends to visit my son Air Force BMT graduation. It was close to pretty much everything you would like to do around San Antonio. We walked to the river walk it was about 2 miles, visit the Alamo. Uber was only $5 if you prefer to do that. House was super clean, has washer and dryer so before we left we were able to wash our clothes. She has everything needed to do so. We didn't cook but she has a full kitchen. Communication was great. I do appreciate her hospitality. My son is now in another location but if he ever goes back to San Antonio we will stay here again no doubt about it.

If you like historical charm, this place is for you! Although it is entirely fitted with current conveniences, it has retained much of its 1900s look and feel. 5 minute drive to the Riverwalk, and the bed is comfortable!

Great Stay Close to Frost Bank Center!
This cute little house was perfect for our short trip to San Antonio! It was clean, and the neighborhood was overall quiet. We were in town for a concert, and the house was in perfect proximity to the venue. If you’re looking for a quick get away close to down town, this place is perfect!

Great place, great location!
Wonderful little house in a nice neighborhood close to downtown San Antonio. We had everything we needed, comfortable bed, nice shower with lots of hot water, nice kitchen. Very clean, the host was very responsive and wrote us with suggestions for things to do. We really appreciated the folder the host had made with information about sights and restaurants. Highly recommended.

This was the cutest little house ever. Nice neighbors and less 1 mile from the riverwalk. Lisa the host was very sweet and super attentive. We definitely recommend this place and will probably book it the next time we are back. Loved it!

Property was close to downtown. Made it easy to ride our bikes and not have to worry about parking. The house was adorable and had all the amenity’s. Cute and cozy place to stay and the host was very gracious and quick to respond when I need to book a longer stay. Enjoyed our time in San Antonio, will definitely be returning.

Super cute and fun little home
Such a cute and fun "little" home....it actually was pretty spacious and very comfortable. We came to cheer on our SOONERS, but even with a loss we had a great time! I 10/10 recommend this home if you want to be close to the Alamo, Alamodome, and river walk!
