Was a great place to stay for the night while in San Antonio although the floors were not clean. My puppy spilled some water and I went to wipe it up only to find the floor was filthy. We had only been there a few minutes.

This property was the most horrible place to stay in why Expedia chooses to still list this motel is beyond words, shame on Expedia the pictures shown compared to the real thing is so misleading. Husband, son and I walk in and walked back out the smell was bad, signs no smoking but bedspreads on both beds had cigarette holes or whatever on them, curtains on window barely hanging on, just standing started iching rather fleas or whatever else insect biting on ankles, forget about the carpet dirty with looked like mouse droppings. Went to front office which you have to talk through a window should of known then what type of motel it was to ask for refund since we could not stay not even the one night the answer of course was no and to speak to Expedia regarding the refund, called Expedia got hung on three times before a customer rep said no refund so sorry, paid for a room that we could'nt even stay in. Expedia has lost a customer that has used them for many many years.

It’s not a 4 star hotel but it is clean and quite safe. Everything works well like it should and supposed to for the price it was great.

Expedia took look to process their payment and they proceeded to put me out on the street and when i got aggravated by how they were treating me proceeded to call the cops to access my room to get my stuff. Front desk puut ah deh mier dah will get karma soon

Overall this is a good place to stay for the price! My only complaint was that the hardwood floors were extremely dirty. I got out of the shower and walked to my bed, and my feet were filthy. Other than that everything great and the bed was very comfortable.
