Sehr sehr freundliche Rezeption. Das Appartement (316) ist ein neu renoviertes Appartement, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mit allem was man braucht. TV nicht in deutsch aber im Urlaub gar nicht schlimm. Zu Fuss alles gut erreichbar. Frühstück sehr einfach aber dennoch voll ausreichend und gut. Glutenfreies Frühstücksmaterial wurden auch bei vorheriger Anmeldung ohne Probleme besorgt.

Perfect stay

This hotel have some old standard rooms, and they have some new and very nice superior apartments. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the location is great. I had a perfect stay, and I will come back soon.

Ok hotel

The hotel is in a very quiet area, but well located in the middle of the Maspalomas triangle :the dunes, playa del ingles, and yumbo center : a 20 - 25 min walk to all this places. The hotel is very quiet and I barely saw people around, not even at the pool area, which by the way close promptly at 7pm. Our unit was very basic but clean and with the essential things you need for short stay. It was located in the first floor, with a little terrace facing a fence and grass, so no view at all. The apartment does not have a/c coincidentally, so even though it was not that hot outside, sleeping at night was uncomfortable. A fan would be a good addition. The bed was not very comfortable either. The WiFI and water pressure and temperature were good. The people working there were very nice and attentive. No toiletries at all in the room. The best aspect of this hotel is the supermarket in the first floor where you can get anything you need.

Lage einfach super ..aber wir hatten superior gebucht und ein privates Apartment bekommen zum teil alle schränke verschlossen .Nach beschwerde wurde uns gesagt hotel ist voll nach der zweiten beschwerde wurde uns zugesagt samstags ein gebuchtes zimmer zu bekommen .. samstag mittag sagte man uns das das zimmer doch noch bis sonntag belegt sei nach einer diskusion wurde uns dann doch ein superior renoviertes zimmer wie gebucht zugewiesen also 3 tage kampf für ein zimmer das wir gebucht und bezahlt hatten ... von 11 tagen urlsub konnten wir dann 8 tage geniesen

Excellent stay

I arrived an hour earlier than my scheduled 1pm book in. I was made extremely welcome and was happy to be adked to sun bathe in the pool area wholst waiting. Book in was easy and was given my key to a very well laid out appartment, within 10 minutes. I was alone and only stsying for 2 nights, so did not need my room cleaned. Excellent location, very close to Supermarket and a pleasent walk to night life, including Yumbo. Reasonably priced and may well stay again snother time. Breakfast was well organized but fairly basic. Thanks for a wonderful couple of days.

Great location, decent stay

I stayed in a nice, but slightly dated hotel apartment, with windows to the inside of property and a decent balcony to enjoy. The room was basic but was perfectly enjoyable to stay in, you need your own toiletries as only a bar of soap is provided. There is a kitchen with a hob and microwave, but no oven. There was no A/C in my room so in the summer it may get a little too hot, but I was comfortable most of the time. All in all, if you are looking for an affordable hotel apartment in a great location just by the Maspalomas Dunes, then this may be right for you.

Great find !

Excellent pool area very clean and well maintained. Rooms are in a very good condition we were lucky enough to have a apartment. The staff are very helpful and excellent cheap find !

Sucio en general, vimos cucarachas tanto en el apartamento como en el edificio y no pudimos descansar bien por las noches por los ruidos de la gente de otros apartamentos. Con todas las opciones que hay en Maspalomas buscaría otro sitio.

Wir/ich sind schon seit Jahren im Aguacates aber ich kann machen was ich will, E-Mail schreiben, anrufen.. ich bekomme nie das Zimmer /-Lage die wir immer vorher hatten. D.h. obere Etagen Richtung Parkplatz. Das seit Jahren. Ich glaub die lesen die Nachrichten gar und legen keinen Wert auf Stammgäste. Das Frühstück ist schrecklich.

The location was spot on. Just next to the Riu Hotel and a short walk to the sand dunes. The room is quite modern . Nice open plan area and wide balcony . Great for having a supermarket in the ground floor.Would be nice if the swimming pool was heated.
