Super quiet, literally right on the beach(you walk down steps from the pool and you are on sand!), clean, and smells wonderful! This is our second time at the property and our favorite place to stay in South Padre. It's also right next door to a great gym, coffee place, our favorite restaurants, etc. "

"The house was beautiful, equipped with everything we needed as well. The neighborhood was excellent as well. The house is perfect for a big family trip. The only problem we faced was paying for damage from a broken tile that was already lifted/lose on the edge of a step. Also paying for a hole in a wall in the same room as the tile, none of us even had a clue about that hole, it was hiding behind a piece of furniture when we had first arrived. "
