DO NOT STAY HERE
I’ll just list the reasons:
No keys for room- no lock! Anyone can come in. Which they did. At least three times last night people mistook our room for a bathroom.
No bathroom lock- people walked in on me showering. And using the toilet.
Blasting music- BLASTING- until after midnight. The staff sits outside and drinks. And the bartender sleeps on the floor with his mattress apparently.
Couldn’t find our reservation, even though made through Expedia a week prior. Check in took over and hour. It’s peak season and we are basically lucky to have had the room.
Horrible “breakfast.” A slice of bread with Carmel sauce, jam, and butter.
Some hostel-stayers came Knocking on our door at 0730 to wake up the third person in our room.
Dusty, dingy, dark common area. Can’t even talk the music is so loud.
Had to ask for linens
Hot pee stench in the bathroom.
I’m so over this place. Checked it early in the morning and was then charged a 10% tax on top of everything.
I’ve been staying in hostels for years. This is one of the worst. I felt like I was sleeping on the bar floor it was so loud last night with people up drinking, banging around in the kitchen, slamming doors. I would have rather slept in my tent.
