Nice Place

Beautiful Beach House
This is our 2nd time staying here. The house is clean, nicely decorated, the beds are so comfortable and it's within walking distance to the beach. It's also conveniently located near restaurants, shops and downtown. Our family loved it and we would highly recommend this home.

We had a wedding across the street at The Casino. The location of this home to the venue was perfect. The use of the garage was nice and there was plenty of beach toys and beach chairs available. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice quality.

Excellent! Amazing Location
This beautifully maintained townhouse located just 500 feet from the ocean is an exceptional property. Extremely comfortable, clean and spacious. We enjoyed cooking our holiday meals, barbecuing and relaxing on the outdoor patio. The nearby Beach Trail which will take you to the Pier is a must. We enjoyed our Christmas vacation and would definitely rent again.

Stayed at this location with 3 Marine buddies. Comfortable quarters, great location (less than 2 min walk to the beach). Bbq needs help. Management was responsive. Owners were nearby and were very friendly and respectful of our space. I would choose this location again.

The nearby beach was closed all week so we had to drive to the beach and pay for parking everyday. They should have informed us. Then they didn’t compensate us in any way.

Perfect Beach House
This place was a great condo to stay at. It was a short distance walking to the beach and only a couple of miles from the downtown area with lots of restaurants and shops. The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated with a cute beachy vibe. Perfect for a family, girls weekend or bachelorette party. I would highly recommend this place.

Good: Great location, space to spread out Bad: Dishes and pans dirty, floors so dirty had to keep socks on and now all of our socks are black. They charge an insane cleaning fee and then require you to do your dishes, towels, and take all garbage out. Upstairs resident was parked in our space the entire second day and night. Leftover soap and hairs in shower. Couldn't use filters fridge water as the filter was expired. Ugly: Black mold in washer, extremely dirty unusable coffee pot.

Great place to stay!
We were a party of 4 adults with 2 kids and this was the perfect house to stay at for the weekend. Great location - walkable to the beach, restaurants, parks, coffee shops, etc. The house itself was great. Lots of space for everyone to hang out.

This is our favorite place to stay close to beach and the nice little bakery but the home owners need to make a few improvements to the place couches could use a shampoo and the beds upstairs need a cleaning my family was getting bit by something in the beds just few small improvements and we will be back

Great house! Slept like a baby!!!
This house is the in the perfect location if you have an event at Ole Hanson’s or visiting family in San Clemente. The house has a large kitchen and big eating area. The family room was very spacious, with lots of room for everyone to watch tv. The beds were amazing!!! We were in town to design florals for a wedding, and after each day, we slept like babies! Great water pressure in the showers, and parking was great! We had a large SUV, and we fit it in the driveway perfectly! The outside shower was a nice perk, after being the beach, as well as the washer and dryer. We will stay here again!!
