55" Flat Screen Television! King size bed in bedroom and an additional queen size Murphy Bed overlooking the bay! Wireless Internet too!

Very nicely decorated with travertine flooring, granite counters, stone fireplace, whirlpool tub, separate shower with rain shower head, wine refrigerator and bar, dimmed lighting throughout, feather bed with high thread count sheets, high speed internet access and more! Not to mention the panoramic bay view. Luxury all the way!

This large, upscale condo features a panoramic view of beautiful Mission Bay. A large glass sliding door opens up onto a balcony overlooking the boardwalk. Enjoy watching the sail boats, windsurfers, water skiiers and more!

This home comes furnished with a King-size bed in the bedroom and a queen size murphy bed in the living room. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking. Enjoy many of the beach activities by day and watch the beautiful lights by night, while relaxing in front of our fireplace and taking in a DVD from our library.

Underground parking with electronic gate for one car is provided. Two beach cruisers (bikes), beach chairs and a barbecue are included for your enjoyment.

Winter get away
We really loved the place. The location was great, close enough to everything but far enough so not to be in the hustle bustle. The only bad thing I would say was that the radiant heat in the ceiling was hard to control. We just opened the balcony door for some cool bay air and it was fine. We would definitely stay there again.

Happy Anniversary
This is our third time we have stayed at your place! We love the view and the location. We enjoyed riding bikes, watching the people on the walkway and going kyacking. We also enjoyed the beach and the shops and the food!!! We went to Old Town and enjoyed great Mexican food and intertainment.

Fabulous getaway!
We had a wonderful time staying here. We visit San Diego often but this was a first stay at this location. The unit was immaculate and the attention to detail great (plush towels, very comfortable king size bed). The owner responded quickly and resolved one glitch we had at check in. The view on the patio was phenomenal. We walked to many restaurants but mainly enjoyed walking the bay. We had a wonderful time!

The pictures didn't do the condo justice!!! It was absolutely beautiful! The view was spectacular! All the added amenities (beach chairs, bikes, etc) was a bonus for us!! We would definitely recommend this property to others!! Thank you for such a well rested vacation!

Wonderful vacation
Robin was wonderful to work with and very responsive to our questions. Condo was in a great location and felt very safe walking outside by myself. Property was very clean and there is a wonderful breeze from the water. My only concern was the fact that there were no AC. Even with the breeze in July I was sometimes hot and would have enjoyed having the AC on. I assumed everyone had AC since we live in the Midwest. LOL We had a wonderful vacation and so appreciate Robin's helpfulness. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely condo.

Absolutely wonderful!
My husband and I stayed in this lovely condo - in THE perfect location for a week. We have been coming to San Diego over the past few years - this is BY FAR the best best best of the best. Beautifully appointed, comfortable, easy access to everything-plus being right on the bay with a spectacular view. We will definitely come here again! A great great find.

Attention to detail is key and the owner has it!! The condo was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. She also responded quickly to questions. The instructions for arrival were detailed and concise. It was so was so easy to navigate all the codes. Security is top notch too. The view from the balcony was the best part. We enjoyed our morning coffee out there and watched fireworks each night!! Thanks for an enjoyable beach get away!
