A kitchen bar and an adjacent dining table offer seating for family-style meals. Two out of the home's bedrooms boast en suite bathrooms, while ceiling fans in each room provide comfort throughout the interior. Two balconies - one off the kitchen and one off of the primary bedroom - are an ideal spot to sip morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
