This cute cottage is in a property with another 3 similar units, all just recently renovated and decorated with much care and love :)
You can even inquire about renting 2, 3 or all 4 units if you want to have a big family reunion and have the whole place for that!
*Each one of these 1-bedroom units is completely independent and all of them have the same setup
*Bedroom has a Queen-size bed
*Living room has one Full-size sofa-bed
*Both rooms have ceiling fans and there's one mini split AC unit inside the bedroom.
*There are two LED TVs with streaming (Roku) and FUBO TV subscription with 167+ channels
*Four guests will share one bathroom that is accessed via bedroom and has tub and shower
*There's seating for all four to dine and the kitchen is equipped for basic meals during your trip. We have stove, oven, microwave, toaster, drip coffee machine, and of course fridge.
*Each unit has its own private outdoor space, the front units have a little turf and BBQ grill with two outdoor chairs.
The back units each have a more spacious but covered patio, also with seating and a BBQ grill
*Shared with all 4 units is the coin-operated laundry with 2 washers and 2 dryers
*Guests will have access to entire space described above and the pictures show the exact unit.
*This unit has a fenced front yard with turf, outdoor chairs and charcoal BBQ. There's no direct access to the turf from inside the unit
*The lot in which the property is situated on is shared with our three other cottages and they share only the security gate and laundry area.
Other things to note
This is Old Town. It's very residential and also very touristic. Most people love it.
If you are close-minded or looking for a "traditional American suburb" style, this will not be a good fit.
There might be some noise from the highway and the planes, but really and HONESTLY very light noise. You can hear it when standing outside in the garden. They become totally unnoticeable when inside the home.
Please note that we have certain minimum nights for certain times of the year - for holidays and peak season rental seasons we may require 5 nights minimum.
We are available to you for standard check-in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm … for after these hours we may be available for emergency only and only then via Vrbo message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible.
• Please only book out place if you can check out by 11am the day of your departure.
• Housekeeping will be arriving at 11am to get the place ready for the next guest.
• Please do not ask to negotiate our prices as they are set on a daily basis and already take into account the fair market value of the home and its amenities.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
- Primary renter must be over the age of 25.
- Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
- This is a private property and the host reserves right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay a $500 cleaning fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.

Amenity limitations — AC is located inside the bedroom only. Bathroom is also inside the bedroom.
No parking on property — Street parking only BUT currently there is a City construction going on and there might be “No Parking between 7AM-4PM” signs in front of the property. Also, street parking can be tricky after 5PM and during weekends.
Potential for noise — Some might say there's some street noise during the day, but nothing that should bother during the night.
Must climb stairs — 1 flight of stairs with 5 steps to enter the property.
Some spaces are shared — Laundry room is shared, coin operated
Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
