Would not give me points for Hilton Honors because I booked through Expedia. Other than that the lobby is exquisite. Lounge restaurant and coffee shop as well. Did not use pool area but they have an indoor and outdoor pool area. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds but dated and could use a remodel. Not bad overall.

We arrived at the hotel and found out we forgot our luggage with our wallets at home so we had no ID, we spoke to the Assistant Director Kirk and he said “I know its you guys but I can't take the risk and let you in”. We spoke with Hilton support over the phone who helped us generate a digital door ID using our phones and we were able to avoid a 10 hour round trip for an ID. We had our phones, confirmation emails, pictures of our ID’s and Passports, we are Hilton members, and even offered to show him the purchase from our bank account using online banking but the Director didn't give us any other option and it felt like he was being as unhelpful as he possibly could. I tried to reason with him by telling him there has to be another way to identify us but he turned us away and said he spoke with security and they told him not to let us in. Thank you Hilton support. In the end, we were able to get into our room but the hassle and lack of customer service was obvious.

We liked the indoor pool, staff were nice, Perla, manager was very tentative and very nice, she made us feel like family! Their lounge food was good and a great atmosphere. We didn't like that we need to pay for a microwave or refrigerator on daily basis and we believe their parking prices are too high.

My wife, daughter, and I had a nice spacious room on the third floor. It was clean and had a good view out of our window. Nearby parking was provided free for us as we had a handicapped placard (the regular rate was $39 per night). The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our main complaint was that the sink in the bathroom was stopped up. Maintenance personnel fixed that our second day there. Also, there is a trolley which runs just across the street from the hotel.

When checking in, lady in front desk said our room was handicap accessible, (something we did t need) and offer to upgrade for more to a room with a king bed and a fridge but it was on the last floor, we agreed but then she said it is on the last floor and we are sold out so shut up! And don’t make noises!! When I asked her what was that? It seemed like she realized she was being rude and tried to play it off!

The property itself was great. We're locals but were wanting an overnight staycation for my husband's birthday. We obviously know the location well and it was close to where we were having dinner and also not too far from our house. Our room was clean, the text chat with the front desk was quick and convenient but what I really liked was the ease of the elevators. I really like how you pick your floor on the screen before you enter the elevator. That way you're not reaching over people once you enter it. It's the little things I take notice of. The only 2 negatives I have are: 1. The bed wasn't too comfortable. But I'm also very particular because I have back and hip issues. So I always have a hard time with beds anyway. 2. I'm not a fan of Crabtree products so I didn't care for any of the toiletries. I always bring my own but it would be nice to know ahead of time what the toiletries products are then I would know ahead of time to bring some or not. Just a thought. Either way, we would totally stay here again.

We had the handicap accessible bathroom. The bottom nozzle holder was broken so that was not accessible for my son to shower himself. Toiletries were too far away for him to even reach from the shower chair if he was to shower himself. The door to the bathroom was really hard to open and shut. We were out of body wash and conditioner. The front desk people were very nice & helpful.

Good hotel, great amenities. Didn't use the gym or pool, but they had an indoor and outdoor pool. Hotel is great for corporate events, whole lot of areas for that. A few restaurants/bars which is nice. Only downsides is parking is $39/day for self parking. Hazard Center is quiet, not many people there. Across from an MTS station which is nice.
