I had called several times to Expedia and directly to the hotel to reschedule our booking to Jan 25 and 26 due to our sickness/flu. But neither Expedia and that hotel did not consider our current situation. We were not able to make it obviously because we are too sick and both parties cannot understand it. The free cancellation is only up to dec 25, and we got sick on the 27th. But I am not cancelling, only changing the dates so I’m not asking for a refund. Either I cancel, change the dates or a no show it’s a lose situation for me . Where is the customer service in that? You should still hear out your customers and be flexible to listen to their issues . It will be so stupid to come there sick and all and you don’t even have the concern if we infect you and your other guests?! All I want is to rebook it but what you want and that hotel is to get more money from me. Your service sucks ! This is the most worst customer service experience I ever had ! And that hotel did not even have the nerve to reply to my message. I am so unlucky that I have to experience this and who wants to get sick especially if we are gonna celebrate my daughter’s birthday on the 29th . I will not recommend this hotel and your service too coz you don’t know how to treat your customers the right way!
