L-1 Exquisite house, Heated pool & Views

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, NO LOUD MUSIC OR HIGH PITCH NOISE AFTER 9PM
This is a beautiful house with a pool, the pool is heated by natural gas, this will maintain a 85 degree temperature all year round, even if it's 50 degrees outside.
This is a free standing 3 bedroom 2 bath house with private pool only accessible to the guests living in the main house.
We have two other separate units on the lot divided by a 8 foot fence.

Configuration is as follows.
Three bedrooms and Two baths. Tastefully furnished without cutting any corners.

Bedrooms:

*Master bedroom: One King Size bed (Sleeps 2)
*Guest room 1: Two full size beds (Sleeps 4)
*Guest room 2: One Queen size bed (Sleeps 2)
*Living area has sofa set with capacity of seating 9 people comfortably.

Dining area:
*Large solid maple dining table seats upto 8
*Bunk beds Twin (Sleeps 1 upto 150 LBS) over Full bed (Sleeps 2)
*Exquisite Maple screen in order to provide privacy for bunk beds.

Outdoors:

*Natural gas Heated pool (9 feet on the deep end) ($97 a day for pool heat)
*BBQ Grill
*Modular wicker patio furniture with 2 center tables (Seats 8)
*Two zero gravity Lounge Chairs

Kindly let us know in advance as it takes up-to 14-20 hours for the pool to heat. Please note that there’s an additional charge of $97 a night for pool heating (this is optional, only if you want the pool heated. A minimum 4 night booking required. Nights will be counted from one day before the reservation begins, as it takes about 20 hours to heat the pool initially
A 8% fee will be added to this charge (This is VRBO processing fee)
Pool will be heated through the course of the reservation unless the reservation is more than 7 days.

* Little Italy downtown is 10 miles (17 minute drive)
* San Diego Airport is 11 miles (18 minute drive*

Absolutely no parties. Please inquire before hosting large dinners. Non-Compliance to this will result in immediate cancellation without refunds.
Quite hours are 9PM to 8AM
The house has 24/7 camera surveillance on all entrances and exits. We reserve the right to do spot checks is any suspicious activity is noticed.
And the right to access the property in case of repairs or emergency

PLEASE ASK for pets before booking, undisclosed pets will incur a $500 penalty plus an additional $257 deep cleaning fee.
