Treat yourself to the luxury of this new ocean unit. Every detail has been designed for your comfort and vacation enjoyment. After a day of going to the beach or other attractions in San Diego, come home, relax on your private deck and watch the sun go down in the ocean. As night comes, move inside and settle down in front of the romantic fire place. Prepare your own dinner in the gourmet kitchen or walk into Ocean Beach and choose one of the many fun restaurants.

Stay home and read or watch for dolphins and count the pelicans as they cruise past. Take a break for antiquing along the main street, in the best beach town in San Diego, Ocean Beach. Very special location!

I really enjoyed staying at this unique property in Ocean Beach. The location can't be beat! And the home, though slightly outdated, was very comfortable. Also really appreciated the onsite parking and amazing views of the ocean!

Tranquil views

Much need time away with my husband. Location and views were perfect as we did not rent a car. Everything was in walking distance and like I mentioned before, the views were beautiful.

What more can I say we love OB and the location of this property is perfect for walking Everywhere! Great View from balcony !Loved listening and watching the ocean in the morningFrom the upstairs bedroom! Just a short walk to Sunset cliffs and enjoyed all the succulent flower growing every where! On site laundry room was an extra bonus as well as the parking spot ! Would stay here again Thanks Tim for sharing your little slice of heaven!

Hidden Gem in OB

Great place with lots of amenities. Our host Tim was fabulous and went out of his way to make us welcome. Terrific ocean views and beach is a very short distance.

This place had everything we wanted for our visit to Ocean Beach! Property features that are especially helpful are the laundry machines, off-street parking place, beach chairs and towels, and short walk to restaurants and shopping area.

Relaxing Stay

I was in San Diego to help my daughter move into school, USD. I wanted a stay near the beach and near USD. The place was perfect. The owner was helpful with a few minor items and the views were excellent. I would stay here again.

Beautiful place overlooking sea with great host

This is a beautiful unit constructed overlooking the owner's patio and home. The owner is a great host. Only issue are the stairs to reach the unit entrance and the bedroom floor above the living area, which may be difficult for older or handicapped people.

OB a fun beach town everyone needs to see

Tim was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome during our stay while visiting from Australia. Great location hanging over the cliffs at Ocean Beach/Sunset Cliffs and an easy stroll to Newport St the heart of OB which has something for everybody and should be experienced, a very unique place. Loved it and hope to go back soon and stay with Tim again. Murray & Leslie.
