Great location. Liked that it was in a quieter area of Gaslamp but just a quick walk to everything. Loved the views from the balcony corner room. Pool, hot tub, and rooftop bar were amazing. Staff and service were wonderful. Special thanks to Lauren and the concierge staff for making our trip so special. We'll be back!

So close to everything it was great .my only problem was the area the hotel is in. I wouldn’t let my wife walk alone around the hotel. But what a nice hotel and staff they were happy helpful and pros thanks

No complaints about the hotel. Getting there off the freeway and all around, homeless everywhere. Makes you feel uneasy when traveling alone. Is a shame because the hotel is actually nice. If it was located somewhere else I would give 5/5 even though there is no self parking.
