PRIVATE POOL! Exclusive, and All yours with this rental. We specialize in a vacation or a corporate home on the California coast. Short or Long term guests welcomed. The pool is for you only. We are near the beach in Ocean Beach, and near the San Diego bay. We feature a wrap around pool deck that's perfect for sun bathing. Enjoy the pool house environment that welcomes outdoor style living inside a cool pool house.

I can't help but remember a comment from one of our guests who felt right at home in our pool house, and enjoyed our near perfect weather. He loved the easy California lifestyle that this rental affords whether lounging by the pool or enjoying our calming garden.

The Poolside guest house features a New A/C /Heater unit installed June 2024. accommodations include 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, and 1 full bathroom. There is also a comfortable pull down Full Murphy Bed in the living room to accommodate up to four guests. The pool is heated with a solar blanket and solar panels during Spring, Summer and Fall. The solar blanket provides heating when the sun is out especially from April-October.

Enjoy your stay in this Classic California home with up to 700 square feet of space. The large living room/kitchen area features an efficiency kitchen, and dining area. We also feature a large patio by the pool that is equipped with a BBQ grill. Enjoy the outdoor patio year round with a meal poolside. We are close to most San Diego attractions like Sea World, the Zoo, or fishing on San Diego Bay or tanning on our nearby beaches. Ideal for small families of 4 or 3 or 2 people or a single person who's looking for a cool getaway.

Last year we just finished constructing a new wrap around deck poolside! You can also rely on a washer and dryer that comes with the rental. Our newly renovated high fence offers great privacy around the entire property. Come stay with us in San Diego's beach community of Point Loma/Ocean Beach.

A true gem
Pete was an excellent host while I stayed at this great spot. I wanted to spend my time in the gorgeous Point Loma / Sunset Cliffs area so the location was perfect. The unit itself has its own private oasis with patio, pool, gas grill and roof deck all secluded by tree cover and greenery. Extremely quiet and centrally located in a high end residential neighborhood. Items provided for guests reflected a keen sense for hospitality done right and attention to detail. The owners of the property live on the level above the unit and, as I was traveling alone, I found it comforting. I highly recommend this Vrbo and I'm very picky.

Wonderful stay at the pool house
Our family of 3 had a truely fantastic stay here. The pool house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Having the private pool right out the door was a great perk. The location made exploring the area easy. Grocery store, restaurants, beaches, and scenic areas nearby. The neighborhood was quiet which was so nice after being out and about. The owner (Pete) was very responsive and made us feel welcome. He was very friendly and we so appreciated his tips and recommendations. Would definitely recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Pete was kind and welcoming and made us feel like family. The location was very nice and really close to everything but not right in the city. The pool was very nice to come home to after a long day. The home itself was very clean with lots of amenities. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Pete, the owner, is one of the kindest people we have ever met. He has thought of everything you can possibly need, and is readily available for any questions. Super clean and SO much better than any hotel. Private entrance with the cutest lights. The pool is AMAZING, they even had swim toys that my daughter loved. My husband ended up being unexpectedly hospitalized while on our vacation, Pete went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure we were not stranded if we had to extend our stay. It is close to everything, just minutes to the Marine Depot (the reason for our trip). Cannot recommend enough. You will not regret booking here.

This was a fantastic location for everything we were looking to do in San Diego. The property is as described and as an added bonus a calming, quiet, private beautiful space to spend time when you are not out and about. Pete was very welcoming and friendly. Wonderful stay
Pete ours host, was wonderful. He was always concerned that we had an excellent stay and pointed out a number of his fav’s in Ocean beach area. We had private access to the pool which was part of the stay at the location, unfortunately we did not get to have much pool time. The location was in reasonable driving distance to Sea world, Downtown excursions, places to shop for souvenirs and mini of the wonderful beach areas.

Amazing stay!!
Had an amazing stay! The backyard pool was relaxing. The place was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was also great, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Definitely a must to see the sunset at Sunset Cliffs. Highly recommended!
