We enjoyed this cozy condo that had a great view of the ocean from the living room. Location was great and not far from all the great things San Diego offers. We really appreciated the underground parking, Tom, who owned the condo, called to make sure everything was in order. Great place to stay!!

Great great location - walk out the front door to the beach path, close to great restaurants, and not too far to get into downtown San Diego easily. Worked great for our visit, secure/reserved parking, and was very clean. Hope to return for another visit.

Perfect Place in PB
My husband and I stayed 5 nights in this condo in Pacific Beach. It was wonderful. Superb location with perfect views of land and sea! Wonderful place to spend a week
Great view of the ocean, comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen, clean and quiet. I loved having a parking spot in the garage. Restaurants in the neighborhood were very good and there is a nearby grocery store. I would definitely stay here again.

Great experience if you love the ocean. It’s not often you have a place with perfect view of surfers and breaking waves for a reasonable price. Easy walk to PB beachfront bars but we also liked driving short distance into Bird Rock for change of scenery.

Spent a week in San Diego to escape the Midwest January cold. Condo was very comfortable and well appointed. Lots of little details like plenty of hooks, hangers, well stocked kitchen made it comfortable stay. Lovely view of the boardwalk and surfers from the living room window!

The property was just as described and the owner was easy to work with and provided excellent communication and dining suggestions. Enjoy the view and watch the surfers while you have your coffee. Easy walking to whatever you need. As others noted, the unit is in a quiet area, away from the scrum of the party crowd, although it's a short walk there if that's your thing.
